SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

The lead time will vary depending on the product, generally it will be 1 -2 weeks for accessories ad 2 -3 weeks for furniture. Please note lead times are an estimate of manufacturing time and can be extended on how busy we are. To get a more accurate estimate please contact us.

Delivery usually takes place within 1 week after completion of manufacturing lead time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, please return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If goods arrive damaged or faulty please contact us by email within 3 working days. Furniture which arrives damaged will either be replaced or the original cost will be refunded at our discretion.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
